Tubing Restrictions: * Participants must be at least 4 years old and 42 inches tall.* Each participant must use only ONE tube. No exceptions. * Notify staff in advance if you require mobility assistance or other accommodations. * Canaan Valley Resort State Park is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings. * Follow all staff instructions and posted signs. Failure to comply may result in the loss of your ticket without a refund. * Tickets are valid only for your session and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and nontransferable. Parents or guardians must supervise children aged 13 or younger. Staff do not provide child supervision. * Possessing or consuming alcohol or drugs on premises may result in ticket or pass loss and removal without refund. * Report any accident, injury, or unsafe conduct immediately to the in-person Ski Patrol or resort staff. If others are involved, provide their details and contact information. * Use only tubes provided by the resort.* For safety, do not wear ski boots or step-in snowboard boots while tubing.
